Enroll in the 2012 - 2013 school year.
For school enrollment questions please call the Clintondale Administration Center for more information. Parents will need the following personal documents at enrollment registration:

An original birth certificate


Proof of residence


Any legal documents applying to custody (if applicable)


A record of pre-school vision and hearing tests


A record of inoculations for diphtheria, tetanus, prussic, polio, mumps, measles and rubella.
